Pilbara Coast 1 Contemporary West Australian Landscape painting

The Pilbara is an ancient rugged landscape known for its biodiversity and contrasting landscapes of pristine white beaches, bright turquoise waters and vast stretches of red desert earth where the outback meets the ocean - a classic West Australian landscape.

Its remoteness is a drawcard for many and is reminiscent of the romanticised Australia visitors envision. Delon's love for the WA landscape was the inspiration for this beautifully created artwork of red outback earth meeting the brilliant blue coast in the Pilbara.

This contemporary West Australian landscape painting has been proudly donated to the Royal Flying Doctor Service (Western Operations) - real everyday heroes in our state. As a not-for-profit aeromedical organisation who relies on the help and generosity of Australians to keep the Flying Doctor flying - this artwork seemed somehow apt as a donation to this organisation to use as required to raise funds to support the crucial services they provide.
